Initial Research
Initial research regarding orbital debris should be completed. Research will be divided into 5 broad categories
Space Situational Awareness (SSA): Tracking/Characterizing debris
Environmental Modeling: modeling debris within the atmosphere and/or untrackable debris
Mitigation Technology: Shielding, improved maneuvering
Remediation Technology: debris removal, capture mechanisms
Policy/Law/Economics: Space Tracking Management

Research on various contact and contactless removal methods,
This will be a resource that takes all of the current proposed methods of space debris removal. Each method will have its strengths and weaknesses measured and then we will determine which removal method is best in terms of being cost efficient and successful/feasible

Comparison of various removal methods
In order to determine which method is best, team JUNK will need to compare and contrast each method through cost, efficiency, attainability, and any consequences of methods such as environmental or political concerns.
